For the lifetime of our extensions we have got a lot of features requests from our customers. The most demanded features have been already implemented. However, we have a solid list of features that we would like to add for our Multi-Warehouse and other modules as soon as possible. Therefore, we have decided to temporarily deactivate our modules integration services. That way we’ll be able to publish a large variety of addons and new base modules functions in the near future. The Standard and Enterprise support packages are coming unavailable from February 15th to April 1st. But the customers who have bought any of our extensions prior to February 15th, still will be able to purchase integration services within the timeframe. As a result, we have the new documentation coming by the end of the next week. Multi-Warehouse, Pricing extensions updates and several Multi-Warehouse add-ons should be released as soon as possible.
In this situation encoded trials are coming available from the middle of February in addition to the dedicated demo service on our server. Each trial will be assigned to the customer host and valid for 10 days. This way everybody will be able to check if the extension will conflict with other 3rd party extensions prior to purchase. We have found that the conflicts percentage has been decreased for the last versions.
However Multi-Warehouse, which is the most complex extension in our library, causes conflicts for some cases and there is no way to avoid it due to the module complexity. The most widely spread are the conflicts with a large variety of one step checkout extensions. It is almost half cases when customers need our assistance in conflicts resolving. As a solution, we’ll suggest 1-2 one step checkout extensions that we have integrated already and we’ll provide the addons. Later, we have the idea to publish our own one step checkout that will be fully compatible with Multi-Warehouse. The second problem is custom themes integration. However, it doesn’t require lots of efforts and can be made by any person who has basic HTML and PHP skills. Additionally, we are going to publish the guide for designers shortly.
